 Island Art Gallery is located in historic downtown Hanapepe, Kauai. Representing a diverse group of artists ranging from plein air painting, jewelry and clothing artists to traditional Hawiian crafts.

Our Story

      In 2002, Angela Headley and her husband Kim bought and restored a 1920’s laundry and transformed it into a fine art gallery to showcase Angela’s original oil paintings. To include more artists they expanded next door with lū.lā. at 3876 Hanapepe Road. Located in the heart of Old Hanapepe Town, they helped to pioneer this historic town as the Kauai art destination.  Come visit our galleries the next time you are on Kaua‘i!
